Session Prep - Because majority of our products are personalized information below will be needed before your photo session begins (preferably 1-2 days) and asked to email to sales@dsponline.ca. Correct spelling will be of upmost importance (Below information might NOT apply to ALL sports):
• Team, Club or Association Name
• Sponsor Name
• Team Colors
• Division
• Team Roster (Athletes jersey #, first and last name)
• Coach/Sponsor photos needed, if so size and quantity needed
Photo Session - Most photo sessions take 15-20 minutes if all participants are on time and co-operative (some sports can take longer and require more time if multiple teams, large clubs, complete associations etc. are being photographed). We will be in and out without too much interference. Our goal is keep to a minimal any lost practice time or using up valuable time.
Session location - Session locations are chosen by the representative (usually in their natural playing environment): the rink, the field, the diamond, etc. Upon request special locations that are not the usual norm are not a problem. Also available upon request studio backdrop and lighting to eliminate any unwanted environmental distractions and to improve on overall product.
Poses - Poses are more obvious than others and varies from sport to sport (suggesting/requesting specific pose's is more than welcome). At times, we might draw on coach’s experience/advice and their relationship with athlete in helping determine the best pose.
Packages & Prices – Majority of clubs, associations or teams request our Basic Package which provides each athlete 1 X Memory Mate (Includes Stand) & Button. Upon request other package & price options are available that can be tailored to your club, league, association or team needs.** Memory Mate: Digital Memory Mate combines your player photo, team photo and personalized text with graphics. **
Payment - Payment collection is team representative’s responsibility and is required in FULL during photo session or upon pickup of photo packages.
Time to Completion - Photos are usually ready within 2-3 weeks. Processing time will vary during PEAK seasons of the year. Processing time can vary if waiting response on unforeseen anomalies or waiting on required information needed to process session photos. Tip: Cutoff date for Christmas is usually around Dec 9-12 (meaning have your session photos photographed by this date if you want them for x-mas). Team representative will be notified when photos are ready for pickup.
Custom Work - We can work with representative to customize any of our products to their needs. We will email a mock up of customized product and wait confirmation before processing any session photos. Please do not hesitate to give us a call and we can work directly with you to make sure all your needs are met.
Additional Photo Packages and Misc Items - A separate order form will be included with every athletes order for parents who would like to order additional photo packages or misc items. Order forms can be mailed, dropped off or called in. Ordering online is also available.
